Monroe is a character who only appears in the episode "TV or not TV." He is a kid who watches too much TV and stays up late at night watching. He appears when the gang is playing golf which Rudy isn't good at. Fat albert gets him to hit the ball but he doesn't hit it good and Fat Albert loses a bet.
